About Us

Touchstone Valuers Limited is a Kenyan real estate firm incorporated as a Limited Liability Company in the year 2017, to deliver a full range of real estate services such as property valuation, agency, property management, facility and project management among other real estate services.

In addition, the company’s professionals arrange for sale or lease of commercial, residential, industrial, agricultural and special purpose properties. A team of professionals using the latest state-of-the-art technology handles advisory services, which include site selection, feasibility studies, project management and consultancy.

Professional Certifications

Our team of professionals are registered with various professional bodies including the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK), Valuers Registration Board of Kenya and The Estates Agents Registration Board. We are also affiliated with international professional bodies such as International Federation of Surveyors (FIG) among others. Our practice is guided the internationally acceptable Standards – International Valuation Standards – IVS. We encourage and facilitate periodic trainings and seminars organized by these bodies.

Our firm is led by two directors who are holders of Bachelor of Arts in Land Economics, registered and practicing valuers and full members of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK). We have fostered a culture of continuous career development and some of our valuation staff have/are pursuing Masters programs in related disciplines such: project Management. Business administration and Valuation/property management. Some of our staff who have trained in related disciplines such as Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) are registered environmental experts with the National environmental body – NEMA.
